  • Dan Chi Directions 5 - 7

  • KAI - Yielding exercises 1 - 6 pushes

  • Tui Sau


LAT SAU

  • Lat Sau 2: Back and forth with footwork 

  • Lat Sau 2: Change sides


APPLICATION

  • Learn punches 

    • Yin

    • Yang

    • Uppercut

    • Hook

    • Chang Sau

  • Mid Range Boxing program

    • Low punch - Gaun or Koa

    • Mid punch - Jum

  • Footwork

    • Half Step

    • Full Step

    • Yow Ping Yap Sing (Side to the Centre)


INTERNAL CULTIVATION

  • Standing Meditation position 1 - 4 for 12 minutes


SOLO TRAINING

  • Stretching / Practicing punching / Form / Footwork / Meditation
